Struggling to shed extra pounds ? Don’t have time to go to gym and perform all those rigorous workouts and starve yourself ? Hearing all those people saying , you should exercise for 1-2 hours a day , have to leave this food that food in order to lose weight. Now don’t worry about all that , we are here to help you. Yes its not easy but its not that difficult also to lose weight and get your dream physique .

Today we will discuss some of the basic and easy ways that you can implement in your daily life to lose some extra fat . Even the busiest and laziest person can get a flat belly using this simplest of techniques.

1. 'Say No' to oily food

Which is the main body part where you see the most fat on your body ? I think , your answer will be “around the tummy”. Right ? Oily foods accounts 55% of the belly fat . So if you reduce oil in your diet , you are already working on reducing 55% of the fat in your body . And guess what the best part is, without doing any exercise or starving yourself.

2. Drink Water

Its been said a lot of times the importance of drinking more water and maintaining a distance from more diseases. Drink atleast 3-4 litres water per day . Make a habit of drinking a glass of water 10-15 min. before your meals , it helps in improving your digestion.

3. Sleep Properly

A normal human being requires a minimum of 7-8 hours of night sleep. Lack of sleep will make you feel more hungry and you will be prone to eating more calories.

4. Warm Lemon Water

Drink a glass of luke warm lemon water first thing after getting up in the morning . Include this a habit in your daily schedule and slowly and steadily you will start to see the changes in you.

5. Working Out

Exercise for atleast 20-30 min. per day . If you have got a desk job and its impossible for you to go to gym , then incorporate some at the desk exercises in your routine . There is lot of apps and websites present online that can help you with number of home base exercises.

6. Never Skip Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day . Because of busy schedules and lack of time , most people usually have a tendency to skip their breakfast and go for heavy lunch and dinner meals.

You should have breakfast like a King , Lunch as a Common Man and Dinner as a Beggar. Follow these principles and you will lose weight faster than ever before.

7. Walking

Walking has been proved as one of the oldest and most significant way to reduce those extra Kilos. Try to walk 4-5 Kms per day and also make use of stairs instead of elevators.
