Black Heads is a common problem in the people of all the age group . But it is most commonly seen in the people of age between 15-28 years. The main reasons behind development of blackheads is hormonal changes , more use of cosmetic products , improper skin care.
Blackheads are mostly developed on nose but they can also appear on back, neck , shoulders and arms. They should be treated fast otherwise can be developed into acne.
There are number of treatments available to get rid of blackheads but we will always advise you to try with natural remedies. Today we will share some home based blackhead removal solutions that you can use to treat your blackheads.
1. Baking Soda and Water
Mix 1 spoon of baking soda with water to make a paste out of it. Apply the paste gently on the affected area and let it dry for 15 min. on the skin. Then wash it fresh tap water and apply a moisturiser, as baking soda tends to dry the skin . Do this procedure twice a week .
Honey is helpful in many ways. It helps in tightening your pores , also it hydrates your skin and results in a fair complexion. Apply honey on your face , leave it for 10-15 min. and wash it with lukewarm water.
The nutrients available in Lemon Juice are very beneficial for all the skin types. Rub the lemon on the affected area of your face for 10 min. Repeat it 2-3 times a week .
Egg are rich in nutrient so they don’t let your skin dry . Create a paste from 1 or 2 egg whites . Make a mask out of it and apply it on your face. Leave it to dry for for 15-20 min. Wash it and moisturise .
5. Honey and Milk
Mix 1 spoon of raw honey with 1 spoon of milk. Heat the mixture on the gas or in microwave . Remove it and wait the mixture to come to a normal temperature , apply it to the blackheads . Let the mixture dry on the face for 15-20 min. , then wash it with lukewarm water. Do the procedure for 2-3 times a week.
Cinnamon not only helps to remove but also prevents blackheads to occur on your body. Mix 1 spoon of cinnamon with water or honey , and make a paste out of it . Apply it gently on the affected area and leave it for 30 min. Wash it with normal tap water. Follow this remedy for 2 weeks and see the best results.
7. Green Tea
Mix some green tea leaves with water to make a paste. Scrub it on the affected area for 5-10 min. Rinse it with lukewarm water.
8. Bentonite Clay
Bentonite Clay , commonly known as Multani Mitti is one of the oldest remedy used for skin. Make a paste mixing the Clay and water , apply it on your face , rub it gently and leave it for half an hour. Repeat the procedure thrice a week for 2 months.
