Breakfast is the most important meal of your diet. After a break of almost 8-9 hours in the night , your stomach need to get a healthy diet to escape the starvation . And when it comes to breakfast , you can have lots of options of delicious and healthy diet to chose from like Eggs , Milk , Smoothies , Brown Bread and so many other nutrient rich foods . Today we will talk about some healthy breakfast foods that you can include in your meal.
1. Egg Pesto
Eggs are rich in proteins . Prepare this dish with 2 scrambled eggs with some topping of peanuts and little pesto for flavour.
2. Protein Shake
Easy to prepare and more nutrients . Mix a sachet of vanilla powder or your favourite flavour in a glass of milk , add half mashed banana for extra fibre and a scoop of protein powder. Shake it and drink it.
3. Bread and Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter is rich source of protein. Toast 2-3 breads and apply peanut butter on it .
Mix half cup of cornflakes with 250 grams of hot milk. If you want a change , instead of milk , add some mango or vanilla yoghurt.
5. Fruit Bowl
Fruits are one of the best and light source of breakfast. You can have of bowl of 1 Banana , 1 Apple , 1 Orange , some grapes and watermelon. It will keep you fresh throughout the day.
6. Eggs and Mushroom
Make a dish of 3 eggs , mushroom and tomato . Add some chilly sauce or vinegar and sprinkle some pepper for the added flavour.
7. Avocado Toast
Avocado is rich in fibre and monosaturated fats that helps in lowering the bad cholesterol. So there is always an added benefit of starting your day with a cheese avocado toast .
8. Oat Meal
Oats are rich in Proteins and Dietary Fibres . Mix 20-30 grams of oats with 250 grams of milk and have it in the breakfast.
9. Yoghurt and Grapes
Granola is one of the best breakfast food . You need 3 ingredients , Yoghurt , Grapes and Granola to have it in the breakfast.
10. Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burrito
Too keep things interesting and high protein diet also. This breakfast is the best to have in hands. Eggs will give you the proper nutrients , sweet potato will make the taste and black beans will make you fuller for long time.
11. Berry and Yoghurt Smoothie
Here’s a simple and delicious smoothie for the morning rush. Blend frozen fruit (banana and berries work well) with Greek yogurt and a liquid of your choice (milk, juice, coconut water—whatever you like). Freeze overnight and thaw throughout the day to enjoy in the afternoon or blend up in the morning.
