Welcome to building 6 pack abs. Before getting on what to do to build 6 pack , we will discuss what not to do to have a shirt off abs . There are few but effective ways to get 6 pack. Along with the workouts you are trying to get those 6 biscuits , you should be very careful towards your diet .
We tend to eat so much of unintended food that we should avoid . Have you ever experience , even after doing so much of hard work and intense workouts , you find your abs growth very slow and sometimes negligible. That is because of your diet . Your ratio to intake calories is much more than you are burning. In my initial days of bodybuilding , I use to eat anything that comes in front of me , whether its high calorie , or high carbohydrate or whatever , I never cared . And that was a big mess I was doing . I want you not to repeat those mistakes and be careful towards your diet.
Its scientifically proven , your body transformation depends 25% on workout and exercises and 75% depends on your diet what you are eating. You have to be very careful towards your diet. Below listed foods are the one you should avoid to get your dream six pack.
1. Junk Food :
Items like Burgers, Pizzas , Chips etc. should be completely eliminated from your weekly grocery list . Your motive is to reduce less nutrient and more calorie food from your diet chart .
2. Processed Cheese :
Processed cheese contains high amount of calories , fat and salts. Eating processed cheese means saying good bye to abs for next 5 months even if you are doing exercise. From today , say “No Cheese and Yes 6 Pack”.
3. Ice Cream :
Everybody loves it , Right ? But you know, its high in calories and fat and ice cream is big enemy of your abs. They can’t come out till ice cream is going inside your body. Stop eating ice cream and get some nutritional stuff.
4. Avoid Steroids:
Beware of these. These tend to build your muscles very fast but their afterwards side effects are much more than that. They make you prone to so many heart diseases , low sperm count , you lose hairs at early age. Maintain a distance from them.
5. Alcohol :
Don’t consume alcohol on a daily basis . Weekly once or in 15 days is acceptable but more consumption will lead to lack of stamina , sleepiness that should be kept away while doing abs or any type of workout.
6. Say no to Preservatives drinks and Artificial Sweeteners :
Soft drinks are the favourite pass time when we are alone or hanging around with friends. But they are more dangerous than they are good in taste. They contain lots of added sugar and preservatives that are not good for your 6 pack. These drinks increase the amount of sugar and bad calories in your body.
