You should start with a diary and a pen and write down your goals in the diary. The first thing you should do is to set realistic goals that you can achieve. Don’t set it to achieve 6 pack Abs in 10 or 15 days , because you know your body cannot do that. The most important thing in Bodybuilding is to be Honest with yourself. There is nobody to track you like a teacher or to tell you be on track. You are the student and you are your own teacher while doing bodybuilding and workouts. So try to be truthful with yourself.
